The programme aims to help recent graduates reintegrate into life in Botswana after studying internationally. The programme will address returning students’ psychological needs while also creating opportunities to gain essential employability and life skills. The participants have a chance to explore employment opportunities with our sponsoring organizations to launch their graduate careers.

I got connected with Growth Matrix through my participation in the Boela Gae Graduate Reintegration program run by The Runway. One of main interests in the program was an exposure to employers willing to give fresh graduates a chance. These tend to be open to new ideas and investing in development. Growth matrix has given me exactly that.
Moreover, I am grateful for a job that aligns very well with my skills and career ambitions of becoming a world class data scientist. I have gotten an opportunity to explore datasets in new fields and this has really broadened the adaptability of my skills. Their emphasis on developing talent has been advantageous. Through this, I have already been able to add new technical skills and knowledge to my portfolio.
